Wow we are all soooo excited! Victoria Woods, Warren Co.'s reigning Fairest of the Fair won the State Fairest of the Fair pageant tonight in Nashville!Victoria's Aunt Cynthia Duncan and I have been friends ever since we were in the 7th grade. We have watched many fairest of the fair pageants and I told Cynthia and her mom, Barbara Woods that I thought Victoria would win our Fairest of the Fair this year. She is not only beautiful on the outside but on the inside as well.
Congratulations Victoria! We are so very proud!
